TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA – The Cherokee Nation Early Childhood Unit Center at Lost City is currently accepting enrollment applications for children 0 - 3 years of age.The Cherokee Nation currently operates eight Early Childhood Unit (ECU) Centers, each offering a classroom environment which promotes early childhood development stages.
Applications must include the child’s Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card, social security card, immunization record, state certified birth certificate, and the parent’s or guardian’s verification of income.
Applications are available at the Lost City Early Head Start center or at the ECU office in Tahlequah. For more information, contact the Tahlequah office, phone: 918-458-4393.
