Today I am going to teach you how to say the commands 
for open it and close it.

Open it.
Wi-s-du-gi

Close it.
Wi-s-du-hv-ga

When you say it as a command and the item that you want open 
is understood you must say the word in its full form.  

Here are some sentences using open and close.

Open the door.
Wi-s-du-gi  ga-lo-hi-s-di-yu    Formal
Wi-s-du-g   ga-lo-hi-s-di       Conversational
Open               door

Close the door
Wi-s-du-hv-ga  ga-lo-hi-s-di-yu         Formal
Wi-s-du-hv-g    ga-lo-hi-s-di           Conversational
Close                      door

Note:  (Ga-lo-hi-s-di-yu) actually means doorway and it is used more often
when using this command.  The actual word for door or gate is (a-s-du-di).
Famed Cherokee Actor Wes Studi's name is derived from (a-s-du-di).
